Disciple-making can be evaluated by looking at spiritual fruit, obedience, biblical understanding, relational health, church involvement, service, mission, and reproduction rather than using attendance or group count alone. Numbers can provide useful information, but they cannot measure the whole work of God.
Look for Christlike Character
Love, patience, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control matter.

Is the person learning to read and apply the Bible personally?

Look for Mission
Is the disciple praying for and engaging people beyond personal comfort?
Look for Reproduction
Is the person beginning to invest in others?
Use a Simple Disciple Growth Review
Every few months, review five areas: abiding in Christ, obedience to Scripture, relational character, participation in the church, and investment in others. The review is not a scorecard for worth but a way to identify the next area needing attention.
Evaluation Should Serve Formation
The purpose of assessment is not competition but identifying where disciples are growing and where further help is needed.
