Ask Whether Multiplication Happens Without the Main Leader
One of the strongest signs of a multiplying culture is that new discipleship relationships begin without the original leader personally organizing each one. When trained disciples naturally invest in others, the culture is becoming genuinely reproductive.
Multiplication Becomes a Way of Life
The culture is mature when disciples expect to receive truth, live it, pass it on, and help the next generation do the same.
